Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it enters the packing stage. Once seed lots are sealed and packed for moisture-safe dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

1. Before Dispatch

Cancel via Track & Support before dispatch. Prepaid amounts refunded within 5–7 business days.

2. After Dispatch

Post-dispatch cancellations are handled under our Refund & Seed Quality Policy. Seed orders may not be cancellable once packed for dispatch.
